PrimeBitz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a South African online store selling digital products such as templates, graphics, prompts, e-books, software assets and training material. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

All products sold on PrimeBitz are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. After successful payment you will receive instant access to your download via a secure download page, and a confirmation email containing your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Download links are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or published. We may revoke access where links are abused or shared publicly.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once PayFast notifies us that payment was completed successfully.

Unless the product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal or business projects. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the raw files themselves unless the product explicitly includes resale (PLR/MRR) rights.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy (see the “Refund Policy” page linked in the footer) and the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

You agree not to attempt to access files you have not purchased, interfere with the operation of the website, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our catalogue or files.

Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
